Title: Eva's Zucchini Bread

3 Eggs
1cVegetable oil
2cGranulated sugar
2cShredded zucchini
2tsVanilla
3cFlour
1tsBaking soda
1tsSalt
1/2tsBaking powder
1tsCinnamon
3/4cChopped walnuts
1cRaisins (optional)

Beat the eggs. Add the oil and sugar, and mix well.

Preheat the oven to 325 F. Grease and flour 2 bread pans.

Mix all dry ingredients together, and add sugar/egg/oil mixture to it. Fold in the zucchini and nuts (also raisins, if used)
